Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

We accept payments via secure third-party payment gateways. Skin Safe does not store card or banking details.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery costs will be indicated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier service.

Skin Safe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Returns & Refunds

To request a return, please contact us at sales@skinsafe.co.za with proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of skincare products, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected.

Warranty

This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or improper storage of products.

All products are covered by our best-in-class quality warranty, ensuring they are safe, effective, and meet high standards.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
