At Skin Safe, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’ve outlined our refund and return policy below in line with South African consumer protection guidelines.
Defective or Damaged Products
Once verified, we will replace the product at no additional cost or issue a refund.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos of the item and packaging for quality control.
How to Request a Return
To request a return:
Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping..
Contact us at sales@skinsafe.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
Refund Process
Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change a product, please follow the return process and place a new order online.
Non-Returnable Items
Items not purchased directly from the Skin Safe website.
Opened or partially used skincare products.
Gift cards and promotional items.
